Bill B. led five Ramblers on a 30-mile route from Wayzata Beach to Hamel (note, the free beer at Inn Kahoots, in Hamel, is always tomorrow, NOT the day when you are there!), then we west to Loretto. Continuing west around the west side of Lake Independence, to the Pagenkopf house and proceeding to Maple Plain where we heard the Pagenkopf story. We returned to Wayzata via Watertown Road, through Orono and Long Lake.
