Five riders met at the Hopkins Depot to ride east on the South Cedar Lake Trail. Our destination was the new West Lake Street light rail station, but the Porta Potties had gone missing. So, we pushed on another mile to the lake Bde Maka Ska Pavilion where we found water and facilities. We rested on the patio with a view of the sailboats and enjoyed a healthy snack brought by one of the riders. On our return the wind was to our backs and we sailed back to the Hopkins depot.
